• The DID Method specification contains a Privacy Considerations section.
• The JSON file I am submitting has passed all automated validation tests.
• The JSON file contains a contactEmail address [OPTIONAL].
• The JSON file contains a verifiableDataRegistry entry [OPTIONAL].

I've separated the single privacy and considerations section into two sections and have refined it further. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to push this through.
