Following the README steps (pip install -e .) currently fails with:
ERROR: vllm-gaudi requires transformers<5,>=4.56.0, but you have transformers 4.55.4 which is incompatible.This happens because the dependency metadata requires transformers>=4.56.0, while the requirements file still installs 4.55.4.
This PR updates the requirements to use transformers<5,>=4.56.0, aligning with the package metadata and fixing the installation error for new users.
