eslint plugin react hooks changed the config settings that must be used. Otherwise it breaks eslint.
It changed to reactHooks.configs.flat.recommended
and reactHooks.configs.flat['recommended-latest'] for experimental rules.
The recommended-latest could be shown via a comment if you want to show users this option or keep it as is.
