Prerequisites

  • Python 3.7 or higher
  • pip (Python package installer)

Installation

  1. Clone or download the project

    git clone <repository-url>
    cd alfred-mental-health-app
  2. Install dependencies

    pip install -r requirements.txt
  3. Run the application

    python app.py
  4. Open your browser Navigate to http://localhost:5000

First Time Setup

  • The application will automatically create a SQLite database (alfred.db) on first run
  • No additional configuration required - just start tracking your mental health!
