Pass network_wide during activation to determine whether the plugin is activated at the network level or on a specific subsite.
Implement functionality to handle site additions for network-wide activation.

Ensure that updating existing plugins is prioritized and properly implemented.

Upgrade packages to support php >= 8

Fix load_plugin_textdomain path

after publishing, the implementing plugins onActivation should be updated to avoid fatal errors.
