Preserves sdk/python/reference/vastai overview. Removes run-benchmarks and search-instances. Adds TFA, network volumes, cluster/overlay, etc. to their semantic groups. Manual one-time patch; the auto-generate-docs workflow should be updated to manage this section automatically.
