This pull request adds support for rendering unescaped HTML, as discussed in #171.

This looks great. But consider going with HTML instead of Html. Most Swifty APIs use either all lowercase at start of identifiers (let htmlString) or all uppercase (struct HTMLString).

I know the convention. But I don't follow it. I have a different opinion about it. I also like explicit return and self. Don't get me started with the wierd line break the standard suggests... ;-)))
