Improvements for this release

Frontend:

• added support for markdown in comments and replies
• display hyperlinks in mysteries, answers, comments, and replies
• added timestamps on comments and replies
• improved clue display by respecting newlines and spaces
• fixed word wrap issue with long strings without whitespace

Backend:

• added logging for common user actions
• allow decimal numbers during grade assignment
• updated dependencies and software versions

Misc:

• added documentation and instructions for setting up and deploying the application
