This rolls in all the annotation fixes from various alpha feedback, including some fairly recent stuff reviewed at this mornings charts group meeting. It does not make any changes re moving the two Bengali characters and/or removing the Mongolian character. I'll wait on those for a UTC decision. Co-authored-by: Ken-Whistler <ken@unicode.org>
