When trying to install the tool, I ran into the fact that most linux distributions do not provide gnuradio 3.8 in their repositories (most of them are running 3.10). SparSDR is incompatible with gnuradio 3.10 because of the migration from
swigtopybind11. This is an attempt to follow the migration protocol here.I am not too familiar with gnuradio or OOT modules for it, so I will be grateful for any feedback.
