Support Bower and NPM

Hi, Would be nice if you add another options to install this repo. I created a bower.json to install it via Bower. I already registered this repo in bower.io: http://bower.io/search/?q=authy-form-helpers, I am the owner, but I will transfer it to your github account after you merge this pull request. let me know when you merge this, so I can transfer the ownership.

I will do the same for NPM.

Also, could you please publish the next version using a semver tag http://semver.org/?, it is used by bower and npm to show the available versions. Thanks!

I added a package.json file. Now we are supporting NPM.

It could seem weird, you could be thinking: NPM is just for server-side applications (CommonJS), this guy is crazy, but there are people using NPM for everything, even for CSS and HTML, so adding this other way to install this library could be useful.

Again, I registered this in www.npmjs.com. I will transfer the ownership, but that is not possible if there is no a package.json in your repo, so, I will do it when you merge this pull request (of course, if you see it fine).

I came looking for this.

I use bower in my Rails app, and I have friends that use them bower in their meteor, and node apps. Add bower support would make this so much easier to integrate into my application.
