This fix ensures that the weapon can be correctly deployed before switching to it to prevent animation issues. The issue can be replicated by depleting ammo, switching to another weapon, and then switching back by pressing Q. Different weapons behave differently based on their implementation.

This is more permissive and different Deploy() methods can handle the specific cases.
