Motive: Make imported connectors placement-ready without manual orientation guessing.
This PR reproduces an issue where JLCPCB/EasyEDA connectors can be imported as generic chips without insertionDirection metadata. As a result, tscircuit cannot reliably determine which way the connector faces. The repro includes a test and PCB snapshot showing the current behavior.
