Original issue description:

Enhance user interface for mobile devices and improve overall UX.

Current limitations:

• Homepage not fully responsive on mobile
• Video player controls need mobile optimization
• Upload interface needs touch-friendly design

Improvements:

• Mobile-first responsive design
• Touch-optimized controls
• Better loading states and animations
• Improved accessibility features

Priority: Medium
