Thanks for adding the Sámi flag!
Everything checked out; the only thing I adjusted was regenerating dist/flagpack.css with node builder.js, since the committed version had lost the UTF-8 BOM and gained a trailing newline (the file should always be reproducible from the builder).

As there are multiple Sami languages, I have chosen the language code smi, which is the collective language code for all Sami languages.
