Thanks a lot for adding the Romani flag!
One issue: the committed dist/flagpack.css was apparently edited by hand: the two new rules ended up with backgromund-image instead of background-image, so the flag wouldn't display for anyone using the prebuilt CSS. No worries though: I've pushed a commit to your branch that regenerates the file.
