ExchangeAD is a PowerShell tool which automates the process of installing Microsoft Exchange on a Windows Server.
This tool covers server configuration and installation of the following resources:
- Net Framework 4.8, Visual C++, API, Rol DNS, Rol IIS, rewrite IIS
- Windows Server (2016, 2019)

- At least 30 GB of free space on the drive where Exchange will be installed.
- At least 200 MB of free space on the system drive.
- At least 500 MB of free space on the drive containing the message queue database.
- Procesador:
- Intel processor supporting Intel 64 architecture (formerly Intel EM64T).
- AMD processor compatible with the AMD64 platform.
After importing the module, it will be possible to execute the existing functions:
- Requeriments
- AD_Requeriments
- ExchangeAD
With this function you can change the name of the device at the beginning. In case you do not want to do this, type the "N" key. When the name is changed, the unit will be restarted.

Now we move on to the next function with which we are going to create a domain in the Windows Server and install all the necessary roles.
Finally the computer has to be restarted.
In the case that it was joined to a domain it will go directly to download the necessary roles that we need to install the Microsoft Exchange in Windows Server.
The last function consists of installing some last dependencies and the Exchange Server.
First we must download and mount the ISO of Exchange Server
Start preparing for Microsoft Exchange installation
When the process of previous installations is finished, we start with the installation of Exchange Server. In the first step we will give to search for online updates and click continue
The next step is to use the recommended option
Now we are going to install the Exchange role (Mailbox), so we select it and click on continue.
Finally I leave the malware protection setting to "No" and click on "Next" and then click on "Install".
