* Initial attempt at QE output, seems to work fine for fcc Al and PbTe so far. * Minor correction, now QE converter fine for GaN and ZnSb as well * Adding support for QE output for generate_structure * Add canonical_configuration QE output * Embryo for dumping QE dynamical matrices. Does not work I think. * Add the QE option. * Ok dump for QE dynamical matrices * Made the qe output an option so that it's not printed all the time --------- Co-authored-by: Samuel Ponce <samuel.pon@gmail.com>
