This diff only updates release/versioning artifacts (manifest, changelog, and package version). No code or runtime behavior changes are introduced here, and there are no issues apparent in the updated release metadata.

Summary of changes

Release metadata bump for apps/web

  • Updated Release Please manifest to bump apps/web from 0.125.0 → 0.125.1 (.release-please-manifest.json).
  • Added a new 0.125.1 entry to apps/web/CHANGELOG.md linking the compare range web-v0.125.0...web-v0.125.1 and noting the dev server port assignment fix.
  • Bumped @tambo-ai-cloud/web package version to 0.125.1 in apps/web/package.json.
