Also some changes to built files potentially.
There are some previous commits that are overwritten/ignored in the last commit as the submodule of sheep overwrites docs changes. However, this shouldn't be an issue as those docs changes have been applied independently in the submodule of sheep. Either way if we need them we can dig back through and get the changes from the commit history.
