📈 Dispatch Count Reduction Using Six Sigma DMAIC

A Six Sigma Green Belt project focused on reducing unnecessary technician dispatches by improving remote troubleshooting effectiveness, strengthening agent capabilities and standardizing support processes through the DMAIC methodology.


Project Overview

This project aimed to minimize avoidable technician dispatches by enhancing remote support capabilities and improving operational efficiency. Through structured process analysis, root cause identification and targeted improvements, the project achieved measurable reductions in dispatch rates while improving customer support effectiveness.


Business Problem

A high volume of unnecessary technician dispatches increased operational costs, delayed issue resolution and reduced customer satisfaction. Many dispatches could have been prevented through effective remote troubleshooting and standardized support practices.


Objectives

DMAIC Methodology

Define
