SNPeBoT standalone version provides a prediction on the effects of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism on Transcription Factor Binding. It is based on a Convolutional Neural Network which has been trained on PBM derived E-Score profiles for reference and alternate sequences of Allele Specific Binding events. With a user input of a transcription factor, alternate and reference DNA sequences, SNPeBoT will predict if the SNP will result in a gain, loss or no change in binding.
