Generate migration file to set the default precision for datetime columns in the database
- Updated Story object to default .is_read to false new story - Removed specs test for is_read: nil from spec/models/feed_spec.rb and spec/repositories/story_respository_spec.rb
Specs updateds: - spec/requests/stories_controller_spec.rb - spec/requests/tutorials_controller_spec.rb
