Allow the SRI scenario to build bitcoin-node from BITCOIN_CORE_REF so CI can run against a custom Bitcoin Core branch. Keep the release-tarball path available, but require version and platform inputs when no source ref is configured. Assisted-by: OpenAI GPT-5-Codex
