Allow read-only report commands to run without taking over Claude Code statusLine. Add explicit Claude and Codex statusline opt-ins, make non-interactive setup default to no statusline takeover, and preserve existing tt-owned integrations during upgrades. Fixes stormzhang#17

运行在不引入statusline的情况下，使用报表查看命令。新增setup时对激活覆盖statusline的选项。已有安装好的用户执行更新时会以已设置好的statusline为准，不会覆盖原设置。
