This pull request integrates AI agent skills, Claude commands, and development guidelines by adding a .ai/shared submodule, several markdown documentation files, and scripts to sync and link these skills. The feedback recommends simplifying the package.json formatting script by removing redundant ignore patterns for oxfmt, and refactoring the newly added shell scripts (link-codex-skills.sh and sync-ai-skills.sh) to dynamically resolve the repository root so they can be run safely from any directory.

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
