lastUpdateandisTimedoutproperties to the object returned by thegetStatushelper andselectTreatmentAndStatusandselectTreatmentWithConfigAndStatusselectors, to expose the last event timestamp and the timedout status of the SDK clients (Related to Secondary client state returned byselectTreatmentAndStatusdoes not update on timeout #113).How do we test the changes introduced in this PR?
