Firmware for esp32-cam with OV2640 and OV7670 support

To upload to your esp32-cam:

1. Clone the repo
2. Rename wifi_credentials.h.example to wifi_credentials.h
3. Modify wifi credentials in wifi_credentials.h.
4. Follow instructions from this Guide

After reboot you can access:

1. Index with links to 2 images
2. Image local-ip/image.jpg
3. Image with flash local-ip/flash-image.jpg
