🛈 Since Firefox 138, sidebery autohide pushes the browser content to the side when hovering it. This is default behavior. You can change this to overlay browser content by disabling the vertical tab bar. Here's how:
- Open Sidebery
- This only works with ExpandOnHover being
onin the Settings Sidebar. - Enable
ultima.tabs.vertical.hideto completely hide the Vertical tab bar.-
OptionalTo keep the verttabbar accessible. Enableultima.tabs.vertical.hide.in.screenedgeto have them hide in screen edge. -

🛈 Since FF Ultima 2.1; Sidebery theming is automated through user.theme.xtension.sidebery. This setting will automatically apply your current Color Scheme colors to Sidebery. With some additional css adjustments, no further action needed. But if you ever want to change Sidebery theme, either change your Color Scheme user.theme. or turn off user.theme.xtension.sidebery to use default Sidebery. You can still modify it in Sidebery's Style Editor too (scroll down to see how).

🛈 Scroll down to Other in the Sidebery Style Editor. FF Ultima uc variables are recognized and editable. I haven't tested these much but it was a surprise to see Sidebery can pull up the variables from userChrome.

🛈 While Sidebery isn't a dependency for FF Ultima, I did give it a little more attention to detail while re-theming it for FF Ultima 2.1. And It does look great now. Doesn't it?
