要不要考虑试试 https://github.com/Laisky/one-api 做了一个很大的改动，OpenAI 也不会透传了，而是会将 Completion API 转换为 Response API，这样可以用 o3-pro，而且还能拿到 reasoning content。 |

公司内部使用的时候发现OpenAI的请求其实会直接透传。但是OpenAI这边的Http2协议中会下发GOAWAYS。
因此透传的时候会导致传递的内容遇到GOAWAYS命令无法二次读取请求中的数据。
http2: Transport: cannot retry err [http2: Transport received Server's graceful shutdown GOAWAY] after Request.Body was written; define Request.GetBody to avoid this error所以做如下修改。
