This PR adds support for Solana Mobile Web Shell in
wallet-standard-mobile.Changes:
Solana Mobile Web Shellloopback-networkpermission query for Solana Mobile Web Shell, since Android WebView does not currently expose a usable LNA permission query even though the local association flow can still proceedThis keeps the existing default behavior for generic WebViews unchanged. The bypass is scoped only to the explicit Solana Mobile Web Shell user agent marker.
