- Rename plugin related files to plugin-{plugin-name}
- Makes solarized autoload correct file
- *.es6 to javascript.vim - gh-markdown to ghmarkdown.vim (cherry picked from commit 2d6ae57)

Nice. I'm also using this standard on my own fork. Did you test it on a fresh install? |

Hi, I've tested more the vim-plug thing, but settings rename are ok. The only thing I'm not sure about is ghmarkdown filetype detect, syntax stop working after switching colorschemes. |
