## CFS publication

The deployment checks out the generated `build` branch of
[`sitcon-tw/2027-cfs`](https://github.com/sitcon-tw/2027-cfs), copies its files into
`dist/cfs/`, and publishes the combined site at <https://sitcon.org/2027/>.
CFS is built entirely in its own repository; this repository only reads its output.
The consumed CFS commit is recorded in the deployment workflow summary.

For CFS updates, first wait for **Build CFS site** in `2027-cfs` to succeed, then
manually run **Deploy website** here on `main`. Normal main-branch deployments also
use the latest successful CFS build. There are no scheduled refreshes or
cross-repository writes. Missing CFS output fails deployment, leaving the existing
live website unchanged.
