Calculations seem fine and APPS tests seem to work but BSE still only outputting 2.545V. Double checked to see if the outputs were mixed up by connecting to HV current; still nothing. Looks to be a hardware bug maybe in halcogen? |

This branch must be merged into master before bms-test-improve due to changes in how information being passed to the DACs are handled. Failure to do so will literally break the BMS testboard. Merging this branch to master before is ok
