新增IDE自动检测模块，支持自动识别Devin/Windsurf IDE并优先使用Devin；实现Windsurf账号认证数据自动迁移至Devin的功能，平滑过渡用户原有数据；前端提供商管理页面新增API测试按钮，支持验证提供商连接配置有效性；升级项目版本至1.11.0；重构后端路径检测、进程管理等逻辑适配双IDE运行场景，修正相关配置文件与测试用例。
