While the platform offers free downloads, the process of saving images at full resolution can involve multiple clicks, navigating through license selection screens, and dealing with watermarked previews before reaching the final file. If you are browsing dozens of images for a project, the friction adds up quickly.
StockVault Downloader is being engineered to remove that friction entirely. The extension will detect when you are viewing a StockVault image page, identify the highest available resolution, and present a direct download option inside the browser toolbar. Instead of stepping through intermediate pages, you get the original file on your machine in one click. For users who regularly pull assets from StockVault for design work, presentations, or content creation, this saves a meaningful amount of time across a typical session.

- Navigate to StockVault and browse or search for images as you normally would.
- Open any image detail page to view the photo, texture, or illustration.
- Click the extension icon in the toolbar to see the detected asset and its resolution.
- Select download to save the image at its original resolution to your local machine.
- For batch downloads, toggle multi-select mode and check off images across search results.
- Open the extension popup to review queued items and start the batch download.
- Files are saved to your default download directory with their original filenames intact.

Does it work on pages other than StockVault? No. This extension is purpose-built for the StockVault platform and will only activate on StockVault image pages.
What image resolution will I get? The extension will always target the highest resolution available on StockVault for each asset, which is typically the original upload resolution provided by the contributor.
Will it handle license information? StockVault images carry their own license terms set by each contributor. The extension downloads the image file itself but does not alter or override any licensing. Always review the license on the image page before using an asset in your project.
Is it free? Pricing details will be announced closer to launch. SERP extensions typically include a free trial period.
Can I download multiple images at once? Yes, batch download is a planned feature that will let you queue and save multiple images from search results or gallery pages in a single operation.
