First open version of MCKernel.
Features:
- Calculate seismic sensitivity kernels
- model parameters: vp, vs, lambda, rho, vph, vpv, vsh, vsv, eta
- meshes: Abaqus tetrahedral or triangular, Sigloch tetrahedral, curvilinear hexahedrons
- supports parallel NetCDF4 for reading on HPC systems, serial NetCDF4 for shared memory environments
- support for wavefield and waveform kernel interpolation (for plotting with Paraview)
- tested with gfortran 4.8 and ifort 15.0
