Search & AI Meetup BR is a Brazilian community created to promote knowledge sharing, learning, and collaboration around Information Retrieval, Search Engineering, and Applied Artificial Intelligence.

Search & AI Meetup BR was founded to connect people who work, study, or are interested in search technologies and applied AI.
Our goal is to build a strong, open, and active Brazilian community where ideas, experiences, and knowledge can be shared in a respectful and collaborative environment — both online and in-person.
As a community, we focus on topics such as:
- Search systems and ranking
- Information Retrieval
- Embeddings, RAG, and LLM-based applications
- Applied Artificial Intelligence
- Research papers, tools, and real-world case studies
Search & AI Meetup BR exists to:
- Share knowledge, papers, tools, and experiences
- Encourage discussion and exchange between industry and academia
- Connect people through networking and collaboration
- Organize online and in-person meetups across Brazil
This community only makes sense with active participation. Everyone is welcome to ask questions, share ideas, suggest topics, present projects, or simply follow the discussions.
We regularly organize meetups focused on Search and Applied AI.
Community members are encouraged to participate by:

- Submitting talks and proposals through our Call for Papers
- Suggesting venues and partners for future meetups
