Ask cargo fix and cargo clippy --fixfor help

Just some clean up in preparation for my work on Poseidon. All the compiler warnings in the code make cargo check super noisy, so I won't notice any new warnings that the compiler will give me about my new code.

So we use cargo fix and cargo clippy --fix followed by cargo fmt to get some clean up for free.
