Replace classifiers-based license declaration with PEP-639 style.

Also, declaration of BSD license has been removed, as it appears to have been included accidentally.

I guess that the BSD license declaration in the metadata is unintentional, because

  1. in this repository, we have only LICENSE_Apache_20. There is no LICENSE_BSD.
  2. in commit f3b4a78 (this is the commit introduced BSDL in pyproject.toml), there's no mention about adding BSD license.

Adding a license is a significant change. If it were intentional, it should have been documented in the commit message. The absence of such mention suggests that it was not an intentional change.
