Difficulty with labeling clusters after integrating large datasets

I am trying to integrate multiple datasets using the SelectIntegrationFeatures() and FindIntegrationAnchors() functions. However, when I am trying label the clusters with gene expression, I am having difficulty finding distinctive markers between the clusters. For example, this is how the violin plots look like for the markers of B cells, keratinocytes, and fibroblasts:

I am wondering how I can fix this. Thank you so much!
