1. Unzip and Upload the folder 'Multiple-Category-Selection-Widget-RSS-Feed' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to Settings and configure the options
4. Go to the Widgets menu and add the 'Multi-Category Selection Widget RSS Feed' widget to the sidebar
