First cut at updating reactivex-grpc dependencies:

    <grpc.version>1.71.0</grpc.version> was 1.54.0
    <protoc.version>4.30.0</protoc.version> was 3.22.2
	<reactor.version>3.7.3</reactor.version> was 3.5.4
    <rx3java.version>3.1.10</rx3java.version> was 3.1.10

Here is an update of some of the reactivex-grpc dependencies. In my environment, this all compiles except for the benchmark project.

Most of the tests succeed, but a number of them are failing with message like the following:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: ReactorClientStreamObserverAndPublisher allows only a single Subscriber
at com.salesforce.reactivegrpc.common.AbstractStreamObserverAndPublisher.subscribe(AbstractStreamObserverAndPublisher.
java:360)
...

Can you advise on this? Attached is the entire output of the build and test run.

@rmichela any chance of getting a release done with these dependency updates?
