Access Denied for answer list for the test dataset for vqa dataset

The url used to download the answers_list.json which is https://storage.googleapis.com/sfr-vision-language-research/datasets/answer_list.json returns Access Denied. The other files like the vqa_train, vqa_val, vg_qa and the vqa_test are downloaded. Is there any other website for me to download the answers_list?

I also met this error when running model evaluation, and I realized that if you run with GPU, this error will not appear. But if you run with CPU, it occurs, and you can handle it by adding GenerationMixin as an inherited class for BertLMHeadModel.
