Extra cell created when generating the code

• I have some cells in my notebook
• I create a new empty cell under some other or go to the last cell of the notebook
• There is text in "Generate using AI"
• I click it, enter the prompt, get the result, then click "+insert cell"
• I get a new cell UNDER the cell where I have clicked "Generate using AI", so now there is an empty cell above which is annoying if I write the whole notebook in such a way!

For this route the cell where I have clicked the link has to be empty - otherwise the link is not shown. Then it is perfectly safe and likely expected that the content of that cell will be replaced with AI content.
