This change adds a table of contents section to the bottom of every documentation page.
It also fixes an unclosed
<ol>in one of the pages, and changes the contents of the<title>and<h1>of each page to include the "page" e.g. "3.1"A minor change is that it removes trailing whitespace in the HTML.
