Can you reconsider this decision?

We have just written a browser in Rust (using Tauri) which talks a new networking protocol, written in Rust.

We are not announcing this now because its very much work in progress, the tcp thing this PR is about is a usable product today.

Also this project was covered in https://this-week-in-rust.org/blog/2025/05/07/this-week-in-rust-598/, and we got over 100 stars on our repo after that issue came out, which means it appealed to twir audience.

@amitu @siddhantk232 I’m not sure how, but the GitHub page I was looking at showed a project that was entirely in bash. Clearly that’s not this project! I’m re-opening this PR and will get it included.
