We run the tests in order to collect the applicability information from their results, but for most changes to the site I've been testing with Maybe we could default to not running the tests and add a flag |

Oh, that's how we do that now? Good to know. In that case, I would just close this. I think an extra flag doesn't make sense, as (at least I) rarely run this locally. |
