This package is never published to pub.dev. Releases are immutable git tags.

  • Deletes .github/workflows/publish_dart_monty.yaml, which ran dart pub publish --force on a stable tag.
  • tool/check_workflows_valid.sh now fails on any workflow line containing pub publish, including --dry-run, and fails when no workflow file exists. The check runs first, in standard-library Python, before the actionlint download, so a missing tool cannot skip it.
  • CONTRIBUTING.md describes tag releases and drops the pub.dev environment and OIDC setup. The web landing page install line uses dart pub add --git-url ... --git-ref, and its pub.dev links are gone.

no-changelog: CI, contributor docs and the demo landing page only; no library or published dependency change.

Pre-PR review

Independent review of both commits with each finding verified. The first review found a check that a missing tool could bypass and two remaining pub.dev install references; the second commit fixes all three, and the re-review verified the fixes. dart analyze --fatal-infos and the DCM host gate pass. bash tool/check_workflows_valid.sh passes on the branch and fails on a workflow containing dart pub publish --dry-run.

Releases are git tags and the workflow check now rejects any publish step.
