Connect 2026.03.0 deprecates Metrics.Enabled along with some other Metrics configuration (https://docs.posit.co/connect/news/#posit-connect-2026.03.0-deprecated) Metrics.Enabled = true is part of the default values.yaml and results in a deprecation warning when starting Connect 2026.03.0.
